The CFA started out with a conviction about fishing. I was fishing by my self, when I pulled up to the dock where a number of people were fishing off of a pier. At that moment I felt like I was doing something that I enjoyed, but the Lord had no part in what I was enjoying. I thought to my self ” I could take these people fishing for free and also tell them about Jesus Christ” this way I was doing what I loved and also telling them what Christ has done for them. This is where the CFA started. Soon after we started organizing everything we realized that this Organization could be a major tool in spreading the Gospel of Christ.

Charter ministry is a great tool, but there are so many other things that involve fishing that could be used as an outreach event. We started to think of everything that involved fishing that could be used as a ministry and came up with lots of great ideas. We are still coming up with ideas and we would love to have you join in on some of your own ideas.
